OFFICIAL RULES

Internet Marketing has developed an "Ultimate Computer Giveaway" online promotion beginning May 7th through June 30th, 2005. Winners will be drawn July 1st, 2005. All participants must have a valid email address and a valid Player's Club number.
Player's Club members receiving the May/June direct mail piece due to reach patrons beginning May 7th will receive a teaser and a unique URL directing them to go online and enter to win the Ultimate Computer. Once they reach the unique URL they will be taken to a special page with similar creative as will be in the mail piece which will have the details of the promotion as well as a link to the rules. The patron will need to fill out the online form including name, valid email address and a valid Players Club number. On July 1st a winner will be randomly selected using the same method of all online promotions to ensure there are no duplicate entries and verify that the patron is a Players Club member.
The promotion will be promoted on the main page of Mohegansun.com where anyone visiting the site can enter however; patrons that click on the teaser on the main page will be taken to the same entry page that will instruct them to become a Players Club member to enter into the promotion. Verbiage will be added to the page explaining how to become a Players Club member.
All entries must provide a valid email address and may enter one time only and must be a Players Club member. Prize must be redeemed within 60 days of notification.
Winners will be issued a prize letter upon winning, once a marketing representative has spoken with them to verify identity and email address. The letter will instruct the winner to visit any Player's Club booth to claim the prize by speaking with a marketing representative and completing the necessary paperwork.
All winners must present proper photo identification, in addition to their winner's letter within 60 days.
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible. No purchase necessary. Player's Club membership is free.

All applicable local, state, and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners must present proper photo identification prior to completion of IRS tax forms and receipt of funds.

Promotion is void in whole or in part where prohibited by law. Any attempted forgery of entries will be held subject to appropriate legal action.

Employees of Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission, Mohegan Sun Casino and Sun International and Mintz and Hoke (advertising agency) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron's name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration.

Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Mohegan Sun management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding to all contestants. In addition, Mohegan Sun reserves the right to void any entry, and/or to cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice.
